The School’s Registration

We are registered with the Department for Children, Schools and Families (DCSF) and regularly monitored by Her Majesty’s Inspectorate (HMI), with whom we have a positive and constructive relationship.  We are also accredited as an ‘Eligible Provider of Nursery Education’.

As such nursery grants are available from the Local Authority for children (aged between 3½ to 5 years old) who are placed in the school’s Foundation Stage setting.

Emmanuel Christian School is a member of the Christian Schools’ Trust and an independent ‘Faith’ school with registered charitable status.  As such, it does not receive Government funding.  We are maintained through fees, subsidies and sponsorship to provide Foundation, Primary and Secondary education to children or young persons aged from 3½ up to 16 (Foundation to GCSE level).

The management of the school comprises of the Trustees, the Governors and the Senior Management Team.
