Pastoral

Each class has a teacher or Form Tutor, who is available for individual pupils should any queries or anxieties arise. Dedicated time is given each week for the class group to deal with relevant problems or questions.

A weekly ‘Lifeline’ lesson is also timetabled for each secondary year group to enable issues of modern life to be discussed from a biblical standpoint.

Pupils throughout the school receive awards for good standards of achievement, diligence and excellent behaviour.  These are celebrated in the daily assembly and include Merits, ‘Golden Time’ and Privilege trips.

Our summer term concludes with a ‘Celebration of Achievement’ evening. Prizes are awarded for excellence throughout the academic year. Awards celebrate good citizenship and endeavour, besides sportsmanship and academic ability.
