Location

Emmanuel Christian school is situated on Normoss Road (B5266), which runs between Blackpool & Poulton.  From Highcross Road (which is the continuation of Normoss Road) access is available via a single track road directly adjacent to Baines High School.

Reception is directly ahead via the main school entrance.

By Car:

From the south, on M6 northbound, take the M55. Exit at J3 (Fleetwood). At roundabout take 3rd exit (A585 Fleetwood). At next traffic lights turn left (towards Blackpool/Fleetwood). Stay in left lane and continue through traffic lights at Singleton crossroads (A586): At 3rd set of traffic lights turn left (Hardhorn Road). Take 2nd right (Highcross Road) then turn right after Baines High school (access road marked ‘Cheshire House’). Follow access road to the school.

From the North, travelling on M6 southbound take J33 (signed Lancaster/Blackpool). At roundabout take 1st exit onto A6. Continue until right turn A585 (signed Fleetwood). After traffic lights (Windy Harbour); take left lane. Continue through traffic lights at Singleton crossroads (A586): At 3rd set of traffic lights turn left (Hardhorn Road). Take 2nd right (Highcross Road) then turn right after Baines High school (access road marked ‘Cheshire House’). Follow access road to the school.

By Bus:

From Blackpool the No. 2 Metro bus service runs near Emmanuel School (disembark at Baines High School, Highcross Rd).

From Lancaster the No 42 Stage Coach bus service runs to Poulton (St Chad’s church). Taxis are available nearby (approx 5 mins journey to Emmanuel school).

By Train:

The nearest train station is Poulton-le-Fylde. Taxis are available outside the station on Breck Rd. (Approx 5 mins journey to Emmanuel School)
